As of May 1, 2024, we are no longer accepting insurance, including Sooner Care. Upon completion of the evaluation, we will provide you a super bill that you can turn into your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Payment is due at the time the evaluation is conducted, and estimates are provided in advance. Payment made be made by debit/credit card or with cash.

For consultation and coaching services, services are billed at a standard hourly rate which will be provided to you prior to your first appointment.

Curriculum development and professional writing services are provided on a contract basis, and invoices will be sent in accordance with the individual contract.
